Dreams Do Come True
A Mini-Memoir
I had a dream. Thankfully, it has become a reality. Praise be to Allah!
Now, I have a new dream. Will it come true? If Allah wills, it will.
Do you have a dream(s)? Yes, you do!
Every breathing being has a dream. The only question is: Do you believe that it will come true?
Before you answer, let me tell you a story!
I have always been an individual obsessed with the idea of achieving great heights in life. Obviously, I wasn’t born with this instinct, rather my parents instilled this attitude in me and made me believe that irrespective of whatever the circumstances are or how difficult it may seem, you should never stop dreaming (and trying) for greatness.
They knew that their children would end up with nothing if they didn’t have the right mindset and were not equipped with the necessary cognitive tools. For their children to have the right response to the questions posed by life, education was the much-needed stimulus. Hence, my parents did everything to make sure that their children would have the highest quality education.
With the limited resources they had, they could’ve opted for an easier alternative but they had a vision. They knew education was the ladder that could lead their children to unimaginable…
